Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 06/24/2026Last Updated: 06/24/2026

Gigditty ("Gigditty," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of Kronetho LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Gigditty website, mobile app, marketplace, dashboards, invite links, public profiles, and related services.

Gigditty is built for performers, groups, hosts, venues, and other gig organizers. Because the service helps people find each other, coordinate work, communicate, publish public profiles, and manage gig records, some information you choose to enter may be visible to other users or to the public as described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use Gigditty, information from your device or browser, and information from service providers that help us operate Gigditty.

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, alias, email address, phone number, password or sign-in method, profile picture, bio, roles, specialties, location label, discovery radius, public profile settings, website links, subscription tier, and account preferences.
  • Authentication and security information, such as password hashes, Google or Apple sign-in identifiers, login tokens, password reset codes, email verification status, session counts, last login times, app version, and device push notification tokens.
  • Gig, group, host, and marketplace information, such as gig titles, descriptions, schedules, timelines, locations, invite codes, member lists, group and host details, marketplace search criteria, saved or hidden search results, openings, reviews, reputation records, public profile URLs, availability information, and visibility settings.
  • Communications and collaboration content, such as contact requests, saved contacts, blocked contacts, private messages, group messages, gig comments, invitations, RSVP or calendar responses, notification records, survey responses, support inquiries, and feedback.
  • Files and media, such as profile pictures, cover images, uploaded images, videos, audio, gig documents, file names, file types, file sizes, upload times, and media moderation records.
  • Calendar, location, and device information, such as location coordinates or place details you choose for profiles, searches, and gigs; calendar events you choose to import or export through the mobile app; device platform; app or browser diagnostics; crash data; IP address; user agent; and approximate usage or performance data.
  • Payment, subscription, and finance information, such as subscription status, tier, expiration, renewal status, RevenueCat or Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, trial or promotional entitlement details, gig pay, payout status, expense records, journal entries, line items, amounts, currencies, and finance export selections. Payment card, app-store, and web billing details are processed by payment and platform providers, not stored directly by Gigditty.
  • Analytics and service usage information, such as feature events, profile completion events, marketplace and gig activity, website analytics, performance metrics, and mobile app analytics or crash reports where configured.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for the purposes described in this policy and for the purposes explained when you provide it.

  • To create, authenticate, secure, and maintain accounts.
  • To provide Gigditty features, including gigs, invites, public profiles, marketplace search, openings, reviews, reputation, contacts, messaging, notifications, calendar tools, finance tools, subscriptions, and support.
  • To show profiles, gigs, search results, and contact options to the users or public audiences allowed by your settings and the settings of groups, hosts, or gigs you manage.
  • To process account changes, ownership and membership changes, subscription access, trial offers, referrals, and account deletion requests.
  • To send transactional emails, push notifications, invite links, calendar-related messages, service updates, support replies, reminders, and safety notices.
  • To detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, prohibited content, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms.
  • To understand how Gigditty is used, measure performance, fix bugs, improve features, develop new services, and evaluate marketing or product effectiveness.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.

3. Public Profiles and Shared Spaces

Gigditty includes public and shared areas. If you activate or maintain a marketplace profile, information on that profile can be visible to people outside your private dashboard. This may include profile names, aliases, pictures, descriptions, locations or service areas, specialties, reputation, verified gig or review summaries, public website links, custom profile URLs, availability information, and uploaded media such as images, videos, and audio.

Group, host, gig, invite, contact, message, comment, review, and finance features may show information to other users who are members, admins, owners, invitees, contacts, gig participants, or counterparties in a conversation or transaction. Other users may save, copy, export, or remember information they can see, so choose carefully before sharing personal or sensitive details.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information when needed to provide Gigditty, when you direct us to share it, and in the situations below.

  • With other users and the public, according to the features you use, public profile settings, group or host membership permissions, gig visibility settings, invite flows, search visibility, and messaging or contact actions.
  • With service providers that host, store, transmit, analyze, secure, or support Gigditty, including cloud hosting, database, file storage, email, push notification, analytics, performance, crash reporting, authentication, mapping, subscription, and payment infrastructure.
  • With payment and subscription providers, app stores, and platform services such as RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google, and mobile app stores to process purchases, confirm entitlements, manage renewals, restore purchases, and prevent payment abuse.
  • With analytics, measurement, and diagnostics providers. The website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, and may use Firebase Analytics for registration and signed-in user activity where configured. The mobile app may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Meta/Facebook app-event tools where configured and permitted by platform settings.
  • With communication providers such as SendGrid for email delivery and Expo push notification services for mobile notifications.
  • With Google and Apple when you use their sign-in, map, or place services, including Google Places for location search and Google or Apple identity services for authentication.
  • With moderators, administrators, or support staff when needed to review reported media, investigate misuse, help with your request, enforce terms, or protect users and the service.
  • As part of a business transfer, merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
  • When required or permitted by law, regulation, legal process, court order, law enforcement request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gigditty, our users, or others.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

The Gigditty website uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie named gigditty_session to keep logged-in users signed in for up to 30 days. This cookie is necessary for authentication and dashboard access. The website may also use similar technologies from service providers for analytics, performance measurement, security, and reliability.

The mobile app and third-party SDKs may use device identifiers, platform advertising controls, analytics identifiers, crash reporting identifiers, app-store identifiers, push tokens, or similar technologies. You can control many of these through your browser, device, app-store, operating-system, or platform privacy settings. Disabling required cookies or permissions may prevent some Gigditty features from working.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You can control many parts of your information directly in Gigditty.

  • You can update profile details, public profile settings, public profile media, website links, specialties, location details, and notification settings in the app or website areas where those features are available.
  • You can choose whether to publish or remove certain public marketplace profile content, subject to subscription requirements and any limits needed for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
  • You can remove website links, uploaded media, gig documents, contacts, conversations, journal entries, and other content where Gigditty provides those controls.
  • You can use device settings to control push notifications, location permissions, calendar access, camera access, photo library access, tracking permissions, and app analytics or advertising controls where available.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing or non-essential emails when an unsubscribe option is provided. We may still send transactional or service emails about your account, security, invitations, gigs, purchases, or legal notices.
  • You can request account deletion in the Gigditty app under Profile, Settings, Delete account, or by contacting support@gigditty.com.

7. Account Deletion and Data Retention

When you delete your account, Gigditty deletes your user account and removes many directly associated records, including your owned gigs, user account record, user marketplace associations, user finance account, and group memberships. Groups you own may be deleted if they have no other members. Some information may remain when needed for other users' records, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, moderation records, transactional history, or records connected to groups, hosts, gigs, messages, reviews, contacts, or financial entries that involve other people or entities.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Gigditty, maintain accurate operational and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect users. Backup, cache, log, and archival copies may persist for a limited time after deletion before they are overwritten or removed in the ordinary course.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing, token-based authentication, secure website session cookies, permission checks, private cloud media storage, signed temporary media URLs, and access controls for protected routes and admin functions. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices.

9. Children

Gigditty is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Gigditty, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to Gigditty, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information; to know categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, measurement, or advertising-related integrations may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or "cross-context behavioral advertising" under certain laws. You may contact us to exercise available opt-out rights, and you can also use device, browser, operating-system, app-store, and platform settings where available.

To exercise a privacy right, contact support@gigditty.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the account holder.
